1 hour to understand how consumers care and adapt their purchasing behaviours regarding sustainability

The "Who Cares Who Does" survey is the largest, most globally consistent of its kind, reaching 112,000 respondents across 35 countries over the last five years.

By connecting attitudes and actions to in-depth shopping behaviour across all FMCG categories, the study provides insights into the relationship between consumers and brands in the context of the environment. The core of the study is our eco-segmentation, which is based on the actions people take to reduce their plastic waste footprint.

Natalie Babbage will share the main insights of this Kantar Worldpanel survey. She iis the global lead of the panellist interview solutions within Worldpanel.

This free webinar is proposed by ECR Community and Institut du Commerce (ECR in France).

Institut du Commerce

Institut du Commerce belongs to the ECR Community. The French ECR  assocation brings together, with courage and efficiency, retail players - retailers, manufacturers, service providers, institutions (federations, associations, academia, etc.) - from different sectors - notably food, cosmetics/perfumery, DIY, household appliances, toys.

L'Institut du Commerce is co-constructing with its community of members a range of solutions to support the transformation of retail practices (mapping, best practices, coalitions to bring projects alive, ...). These solutions make it possible to raise awareness, measure, dialogue, multiply and mobilize ecosystems. They are directed at Retail, Supply Chain, Human Resources and CSR professions.

The Institut du Commerce is a non-profit association, which allows us a working approach strongly oriented towards the common good in a framework of shared trust.

ECR Community

ECR Community is the global association for all ECR National & Partner organisations in the Retail & Consumer Product Goods sector. It is a non-for-profit organisation that provides a neutral platform to develop and share best practices among our network of ECR Nationals and their members.

The purpose of the ECR Nationals is to bring together manufacturers, retailers, service providers and industry associations at a national level to share best practice information in areas that are mutually beneficial such as supply chain, category management, sustainability and digital transformation.

More precisely, our objectives on sustainability are

  • To create awareness within ECR National Initiatives (internal) about the links between planet boundaries & retail/consumption
  • To connect experts & peers in sustainability & retail internationally
  • To create awarness within our member companies (external) about the links between planet boundaries & retail/consumption
