L'Institut du Commerce est le relais français du réseau mondial des associations ECR (Efficient Consumer Response) et est propriétaire de la marque ECR en France. Nous faisons partie d'ECR Community qui est le réseau international des associations ECR dans chaque pays. ECR Community mène depuis des nombreuses années des travaux reconnus sur la démarque inconnue, la disponibilité linéaire et la lutte contre le gaspillage alimentaire avec le groupe ECR retail loss. Ce groupe se réunira en France en novembre.

Hosted by Carrefour, our annual in-person meeting will be the opportunity for the food waste working group to learn from each, to co-create new solutions and to walk away with a longer than before list "to do" food waste actions!
On the first day (we will start at 11.30am) we will re-connect by sharing our last 12 months "wins", and future priorities. we will then see "food waste" in action through store visits including the chance to review a new "food waste certificate programme supported by the government. Click here.
Day two will include small store format visits, and then brainstorm discussions on hot topics including 2d bar codes, innovations in markdowns, RFID technology trials, DC waste innovations and packaging & waste breakthroughs. The meeting will close at 1pm.
