WEBINAR RFID - measuring the Impact of RFID: Key Lessons from 10 retailer case studies, le 18 avril
WORKSHOP : “Be Fresher, Sell More, Waste Less” workshop le 7 juin 2018 à Hamburg
The workshop follows on from a successful seminar held in Prague late last year, which welcomed retail representatives involved in both day-to-day operations and supply chain, as well as food waste prevention experts and academics. Click here for a full report from this workshop, which featured in ESM Issue 1, 2018.
The workshop will provide an update on some of the initiatives being promoted by ECR’s Shrinkage & On-Shelf Availability Group, including the implementation of ‘data bar’ technology into the retail environment, and the Collaboration Maturity Model, which seeks to optimise areas in which actors in the supply chain can develop collaboration partnerships.
The workshop will also play host to a discussion on food waste prevention in the e-commerce space, as well as weigh up the pros and cons of price mark downs, particularly with regard to the fresh produce category.
Further information on how retailers, producers and academics can register for the workshop can be found here.
