The Food Waste Innovation Summit in 2026 will be hosted by REMA 1000 in Oslo, the meeting will include store and distribution centre site visits, table exercises, the latest academic research papers, food waste technology trends updates and plenty of time for informal networking and catch ups.
Any retailer, producer or academic is invited to participate, there are a limited # of places.
